I appreciate the honesty of the staff such as Stephanie, Donna and Doc Sauer. I have been a long time patient and have always been treated well. They have been patient with my long, thought out decisions. It's awesome to have folks that care.
I came to see Dr. Eddie and staff about 6yrs ago after a horrible experience with another Dentist. To say the least, I was a terrified, nerve shot, mess! Dr. Eddie and his staff were so patient and kind to me and went totally out of their way to make sure that they didn't hurt me. Every visit since then has been a little bit easier as far as being nervous and scared about coming to the Dentist. I had a tooth break Wednesday, my appointment was set for Thursday morning! Thankful i was able to get in so fast, Dr. Avirett and Mary were outstanding. They took such great care of me!
I called Shemen because I thought I had cracked a tooth. Theygot me into the clinic within an hour and I was seen shortly after I arrived. My tooth had not cracked and all I needed was to have some exposed substrate smoothed out which took less than 10 minutes. The entire experience was prompt, professional, and painless.
Teeth cleaning was done very professionally. She also examined for indication of decay or problem areas. Reccomendations were made. Total Care sums it.
As usual my visit was very pleasant and professionally completed.
Absolutely the best staff and dentists. Professional, friendly and caring.
