I hated coming here. I've been coming here since I was a child because the staff would watch tv while doing their work and I would often get stabbed or mistakes would be made. I have noticed that there has been a large change in staff and my experience has changed significantly. Jamie Chavez and the other staff have been exceptional. The doctor gave me good information. He checked into every question I had and I was thoroughly satisfied with his treatment and the support of the staff. I return each time and satisfied with the courtesy and treatment I am given by staff and doctor.
I had the best experience at Familia. The service was very very very excellent superb to be a matter of fact the front desk staff was wonderful the doctor was wonderful all the people that I had any contact with was very sweet friendly thank y'all so much for your excellent service I will be back in September to get my teeth cleaned and on June 7th I get a bad teeth pulled great job I've never had a dentist office that was so sweet and kind.
I had a positive experience bringing my kids to Familia Dental my kids were very well taken care of and we were in and out in a timely manner. And everyone was very nice and knowledgeable.
service was great. without an appointment I only waited about 20 min and the service and the Fix was very good. THANKS Marvin
