Scheduling my son's first dental appointment was very easy and pleasant. They sent convenient texts reminding us of his appointment. The day of his appointment- the staff were friendly and helpful. The waiting room was spacious and comfortable. The wait was a bit long, but not much longer than most doctor or dentist offices. Misty was very good with my son for his first cleaning. The wait time is the only reason I rated Cloudland Dental 4 stars instead of 5.
This was my first time at Cloudland Dental and the whole experience was very pleasant from checking in with receptionist Dawn to the exam and X-rays with the hygienist, Lauren (who was very friendly and compassionate) to the exam with the Dentist and even the scheduling of other appointments to accommodate my schedule. This was my first visit here. All the staff were extremely friendly and professional. I did not wait long at all at any point during my visit. The dental assistant I had was more than helpful and explained everything to me in detail. I would definitely recommend!
My son Liam just got 2 fillings.. he is 6. As any kid knows going to the dentest sure can be scary. Everyone was so patient and made him feel comfortable. They showed genuine concern about his plan of care and talked me through what to do next. They allowed him to get 2 prizes and that was a biggie for him. All in all so thankful to bring my family to such a caring place.. thanks Cloud Dental..
This office is always so friendly and they have always been wonderful with my grandkids.
Brittany is such a great assistant. She really makes every appointment as comfortable as possible.
