Appointment on 12-11-19: The Doyle Family Dentistry Staff was very professional and friendly. The ladies behind the desk were excellent. Kaila did a great job leading me to the room and assisting. I enjoyed meeting the new dentist, Dr. Kara Hancock. I want to give special Kudos to Registered Dental Hygienist, Scarlet. She cleaned and treated my teeth on both of my appointments, which were on 05-29-19 and 12-11-19. I believe she used baking soda. Scarlett is an awesome and gifted professional. She is patient and gentle. She treated me exceptionally well. I give Scarlet my highest recommendation. This facility truly does go above and beyond the normal dentist office. The staff members help you to feel welcome, they are incredible in their work, and they have hearts of teachers. Not everyone understands teeth, but they help you know everything that's going on inside your mouth to help you function better and have beautiful, clean smiles.

I had experienced a dental "emergency", so I promptly called my current dentist. Since it was on short notice, I was told they could work me in the next day, but that the dentist would probably only have time to look at it, with no guarantees of being able to treat it that day. That was understandable, but since we are in the process of moving to the Ooltewah area, I took a shot and found Doyle Family Dentistry online, and I'm glad I did. Even with me being a new patient, not only were they a...read moreble to work me in the next day, they got me in first thing in the morning, and told me they'd make time to actually provide treatment if possible. Everyone I had contact with was EXTREMELY professional, friendly and caring, and the facilities and equipment were new, modern and top notch! They all went out of their way to make sure I was at ease and comfortable while I was there. My issue was quickly and thoroughly diagnosed, and they went over all options open to me, and the costs involved, before treatment. Dr Hancock expertly and painlessly remedied my issue that morning, and I left happy and convinced that I now had a NEW family dentist in Ooltewah. Thank you ladies for your kind attention to me during what could have been a stressful event. I, and hopefully the rest of my family, will be back!!! read less
