This was my first visit and I was very pleased. When I called to schedule the appointment I talked with the hygienist, Hope. I explained my severe anxiety and she was very understanding. When I arrived, she greeted me and was so calm, patient and kind. This office is the best! They are very considerate of my time and my feelings. Dr. Winfree is wonderful with explaining what dental needs I have and I feel very confident with his recommendations. His assistant Amanda is very skilled and made me laugh which is a rare thing when I have visited other dental offices. Rebecca D did a wonderful job with my dental cleaning. Nashville Smiles is an awesome group of dental professionals. Jessica and Donnesha are so friendly and helpful. Rebecca is an awesome hygienist.Dr. Winfree has been my dentist for over 20 years. He is excellent at everything he does. He is very knowledgeable. He also cares about you as a person and making sure you can get your dental work done with the least amount of discomfort as possible. Dr. Winfree and staff are amazing! So professional, respectful, and kind. I've been seeing Dr. Winfree for nearly 30 years (I owe my wonderful smile to him) and even when I worked in Beijing for a couple of years, I returned to the States for my dental care! :) I always tell him he can't retire until I die because I don't want to go to any other dentist. Who likes going to the Dentist? Me!!! What a pleasant visit it was! Best cleaning and exam ever!!! So worth the drive... Dr. Winfree and his team are the absolute BEST!!!
