I actually look forward to going to the dentist: to having my teeth cleaned, to having my health confirmed or corrected, and knowing we're all working together to keep my teeth, my mouth and the rest of me healthy! I had been having unexplained tooth pain. My own Dentist assistant informed me that they were closing until after the first of the year. I assumed they would offer an option for service but nothing was suggested. My wife is a patient of Dr Guffey and she arranged for me to see Dr Birdwell. He dressed my tooth with a Fluoride Coating and much relief. I think I have a new Dentist if they will have me.

I travel from North Carolina to Knoxville to keep Dr. Guffey as my dentist.It is well worth the time and trip.

This dental office is great and I highly recommend. The staff is very friendly and easy to work with. The dentist's are terrific and provide great care for their patients.

I have always dreaded and feared going to the dentist but since going to Dr Guffey that has all changed. She is extremely gentle and light handed and has never hurt me and I’ve had major dental work. All the staff is very nice and friendly as well. I’m very pleased with the whole experience and would recommend them to anyone.

Great experience. Everyone was very professional. Dr. Birdwell is very well trained, experienced and knowledgable. They have excellent dental hygienists. The waiting room and exam rooms are well equipped, neat and clean. I highly recommend Dr. Birdwell. He should be seriously considered by anyone who does not have a dentist. Everyone in the office is very helpful, proficient and with good personalities. They do excellent work!
