I have had dental issues for years, due to heredity, not neglect. And most of my dealing with dentists were horrific. A friend of mine suggested I make an appointment with Downtown Dental and it changed my life, literally! Definitely the best, the most caring, and positive atmosphere I have ever been to. Marsha and her crew are professional as well as gentle, caring, and more. I have suggested several friends to go there and they concur with my assertion. Marsha is the best!

I have been seeing Dr Hickey for more than five years now and I’m completely happy. She is very friendly and always happily answers my questions. Sandy is the dental hygienist that I see and I have always enjoyed her. It’s like spending time with a good friend. The rest of the office staff is professional and friendly. This is a wonderful dental practice!

Dr Hickey is my dentist but EVERYONE in that building is EXTREMELY nice & helpful. Dr. Hickey is an excellent Dentist. I’m very happy with all she’s done to my old mouth!! They are a wonderful group & I highly recommend them. Anyone I’ve sent their way have been very satisfied!

Went yesterday to see Dr. Odom. I’ve had some bad dental work in the past by a corporate dental company. I saw Jamie, Cara and Dr. Odom yesterday. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the treatment I received. Jamie was so efficient and friendly with my x-rays. they were able to work me in for a cleaning with cara- who is the most gentle dental hygienist I’ve ever experienced. I had initially scheduled my first appointment with Dr. Odom after hearing great things about Downtown Dental from a friend who’s a patient of Dr. Hickey. But even before making the appointment, I had a good feeling about this place. The staff were incredibly helpful when I called about an issue with my tooth, and that gave me some comfort. I was still nervous when I arrived at the office, but that didn’t last long.The atmosphere in the office is so warm, modern, and welcoming. After being greeted by the receptionist and checking in, Tiffany brought me back for my appointment. She was fantastic and instantly made me feel at ease—she could definitely tell I was nervous!Then came the moment I’d been waiting for: meeting Dr. Hickey. What a relief! She’s like a breath of fresh air—so understanding, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. I’ve had bad dental experiences in the past, but she really reassured me that I was in good hands, and she wasn’t wrong!Dr. Hickey laid out a treatment plan for me, and I just finished another appointment today with her, Tiffany, and the rest of the amazing staff.
