Their new facility is nice, very modern feel. More room than the previous location. Noticed USB ports on the table top for charging. Getting in on the appointment before the scheduled time was nice. Staff was friendly and professional.

Yesterday I had an appointment with Dr. Mefford in their new office. I was very much impressed with the comfort and efficiency, the office is beautiful. The people there are friendly and professional. Mary cleaned my teeth and talked with me, then Dr. Mefford examined me and told me what he could do to help. He is kind, gentle, and caring. Since I have heart disease, special care must be used and he does just that. Thanks so much to the doctor and his staff.

Dr Ellis & his assistant did an amazing job today on a tooth of mine that was supposed to have been a root canal years ago, but was not done properly. I never felt any pain, they were always asking if I was ok & I had only a little bit of soreness this evening. No pain medication was needed. A job well done! I have had several bad experiences with other dentists (especially since I have some chronic illnesses) and I was so nervous to try someone new. My husband had gone here for years, and assured me they were wonderful. He was SO right!! I have been SO pleased with Dr. Ellis! My husband sees Dr. Mefford and he is wonderful too! I couldn’t be more grateful to finally not have to be nervous about a trip to the dentist! The hygienists are so wonderful too!! I would give 10 stars if I could.
