I have been coming to Austin Dental for a few years now. You can’t find a better office - from Reba in the front with her big smile on her face and amazing personality to Gail my hygenist who does the most amazing job and is so gentle! Dr. Austin is top notch and truly cares about his patients! He is quick to check in after procedures to make sure everything is okay. I have sent my family (my parents drive from Alabama to see them!) and friends to this practice - that’s how much I love them!

Dr. Cary Austin and his team were friendly, caring and accommodating when as a new patient I called about a tooth ache in a tooth that had had a crown placed previously. Since I’d had a knee replacement last year, before coming in I had already taken a prescription for antibiotics required prior to dental procedures. Because a root canal turned out to be necessary, Dr. Austin expedited my getting into Bluegrass Endodontics which specializes in root canals and could work me in that same day. Ho...read morewever, Dr. Austin made sure I had another antibiotic prescription before the crown procedure, done just two days later. He was able to skillfully fashion a new permanent crown and fit it painlessly and precisely using state of the art equipment, getting me in and out all in a couple hours. I was very impressed at how he and his assistant worked together to meet my needs in a gentle and efficient way. I felt cared for and appreciated as a patient from the moment his receptionist Reba greeted me. She also went out of her way to put me at ease and assure me the insurance paperwork would get filed appropriately. While I naturally would have preferred a simpler remedy, my tooth feels great now and I feel I got excellent, compassionate care. Thank you Austin Dental! read less

Went to Austin Dental for scheduled cleaning etc. Didn't have to wait long to see tech. Was asked if any issues since last visit (none). Then did cleaning of teeth, gums, etc. Staff is friendly, thorough, and competent with procedure. U go see!
