Northside Dentistry is so amazing. For someone that has some anxiety about going to the dentist, they make you feel so at home and comfortable. They made it possible to have such a sweeter smile. Thanks Dr. Shanks and staff.

I had an urgent need issue and Dr. Shanks along with his staff took great steps to get it resolved. Excellent professional staff. Dr. Shanks provided me we direct up front details necessary for my issue and the best option to correct issues. I highly recommend them for dental care needs.

Five stars are not enough for Dr. Shanks and his team! They are friendly, caring, professional, and, most importantly, knowledgeable. They are always willing to answer my questions, and I know that I am in good hands every time that I walk through their doors. Highly recommended!
Myself, my Husband and all our children see Dr. Shanks and his wonderful staff. All his hygienists are amazing. The care and compassion they show is beyond compare. Very knowledgeable about insurance. Dr. Shanks recently did a one on one call with our teens orthodontist to make a plan for the future is her teeth. It's so nice to have an involved Provider and staff. Five stars is not enough.
A 6 monthly exam with cleaning went comfortably as scheduled. . An unexpected filling was also provided as needed. Dr. Shank and dental technician were very proficient' in completing the necessary dental work. Friendly competent staff helped to make my appointment perfect.
Doc and his staff are always friendly and professional. I needed to have a cap replaced and the procedure was done in one visit. I even got a look at the high tech system that made my cap. Doc takes a personal interest in my overall health and I would highly recommend his practice. Betty feels the same way.
Very professional. State of the art for quality dental care, with a friendly, warm atmosphere. No one talks down to you, yet all questions are answered in a straight forward manner so l was able to understand everything. I highly recommend North side Family Dentistry to everyone.
