You're created with a smile at reception. There's no waiting until your appointment begins. My hygienist, Haley is thorough, friendly and professional. The DDS who does the exam explains what they've found and suggests possible treatment options without pressure. What's not to like!
We greatly appreciate Dr. Nelson and all the staff at Great Plains Dental. They are friendly, understandable, and work with you with different situations. Dr. Nelson has been outstanding with my son and hasn’t given up on him despite a habit we haven’t been able to break. We are truly grateful!
When I walked in I was greeted immediately and Sarah, my dental hygienist, was very professional yet very personable during my visit. She did a great job explaining what processes she was doing and finished up by setting my future appointments! Thank you for making my visit enjoyable!
