Dr Pough was so nice!! All the staff was amazing!! I’m so glad I decided to go with this office. I highly recommend if you’re looking for a dentist for you or your family, this is the office for you.

I was very anxious about my appt. That all went away the minute the staff behind the front desk welcomed me to Carolina Smiles. The entire staff was very knowledgeable in their field and executed with excellence in every step of my care. I am a disabled RN and look forward to starting my treatment plan. Because of limited resources, I will have to do one procedure at a time. The staff reassured me, they would be there every step of the way.
After years of not going to a dentist they welcomed me and made me feel confident we could achieve my goal.
I am a new patient and was welcomed with smiles and offered a beverage while I checked in. The Nurses and Dr. Patel were very professional and kind. They did a routine cleaning and I felt like they made a big impact on me on my 1st visit!
I had the best experience. The staff are so friendly. I felt right at home and I felt like I was heard the whole experience. I felt my concerns were discussed and addressed in a timely manner. Definatly will be coming back and refrerring friends.

Welcoming atmosphere. My first visit. Hygienist Markita was professional and had a delightful personality. Quite attentive to my dental needs and explained to me what she was doing. Dr. Pough was professional, answering my questions with her utmost attention. I did not feel rushed but rather that this was my time set aside just for my needs I applaud Carolina Smiles and thank you for caring for me today.
Today was my first time visiting here and will definitely say, this is by far the BEST dental office I’ve been to! All of the staff members are very knowledgeable and friendly! Prices are also great and a lot less cheaper than my previous dentist! Strongly recommend!
Great place from the moment you walk in! Really awesome customer service. There was no pressure for doing any treatment that I did not want and they allowed me space to choose how I wanted my teeth to be addressed. This is how a dentist should operate and I recommend giving them a shot!On a downside, they do not treat sea-snails nor do they operate on potatoes...this was a mild disappointment. Stop reading this now...Go away.
