Not only did they help me with the most painful tooth pain I've ever had, they helped me to not fear going to the dentist anymore. I'm a huge fan now and will be back for the rest of my mouth work now that they've helped me conquer the worst of my fears and work.

I actually look forward to going to the dentist!!!The staff is friendly & their new waiting room is relaxing. I got there 20 minutes early but waited only 5 minutes & was taken back.My hygienist was wonderful. She was friendly & took me step by step as to what she was doing & why. We viewed the x-rays & discussed what they revealed as she took them. She explained what tools she was using & why & what to expect.We chatted like we knew each other from previous appointments. It’s been quite a while since my last dentist visit so I was quite in awe of such a technologically advanced office! Everyone is incredibly kind and the visit was thorough. Will definitely be returning!

I’ve been going there for years and the customer service has always been excellent. Yesterday’s visit was no exception! When I walked in Chelsea greeted me with an enthusiastic hello and introductory statement. And this was at 1600 hrs! The office is amazing and the staff is so professional! Dr Richards always has time to discuss my treatment plan and has excellent bedside manner. I would definitely recommend this office for all your dental needs.

All the employees are the absolute best! Whether filling out paperwork to the dentists that own practice are there to make sure you’re assisted from dental cleaning to major dental work they are the bests. Even when checking out you’re made to feel you are not made to feel pressured to make your next appointment they always have kind help with making decisions that are in your best interest.

All the staff at Cedar Springs Family Dentistry took the time to take care of me. From the initial intake to the visit with the doctor at the end, I felt as though they were not rushing me out the door. The hygienist was also very thorough in taking care of my teeth.
