Two days ago i had a appointment at Palmetto Dental from the phone call scheduling the appointment to going in the office the service was very good and everyone very professional and friendly and helpful . I had never meet any of these people never heard of Palmetto Dental until i took out a dental insurance policy and they were on the list of providers . I explained my situation to them they scheduled me for a appointment as well as putting me on a cancelation call list . I really enjoyed my visit to the dentist! From the time I walked in the door, the employees were so pleasant. I didn’t have to wait no more than five minutes, then I was called to the back! Ellen (hygienist) was so nice and explained she was doing throughout my visit! Dr. Park was also gentle, and gave me a future plan to go by with my teeth! Thank you guys for making me to feel very comfortable.

Very friendly caring staff. They gave a look at my teeth even tho i didnt have my paperwork. They didnt just turn me away. I am scared of the dentist but i felt safe and comfirtable. They are a good team you can tell they get along great. They find ways to squeeze me in last minute. They never say no. I recommend them to anyone.

I would give 10 stars if I could! I was very intimidated by dental offices due to my previous experiences. They were able to schedule me way sooner than I expected. (it may have just been luck, I can't say the same will happen to you) After each visit, I received an email customised to my procedure with advise on how to care for my teeth and a number that I could call with any questions.
