This is one of the nicest dental offices I have been to in recent times. The staff send multiple reminders for appointments, are very courteous over the phone and in person. The hygienist is so friendly and kind. Dr Wickenhoefer is knowledgeable and thorough. They are also very supportive for any follow-up questions, referrals and information. Great place in the town. Highly recommended.

New to the area, and needed a new dentist. Had a wonderful relaxing experience on my first visit, went here after trying another dentist office in a nearby town that made me want to run out the door, felt like I was in a used car lot getting the shakedown. I’ve been going here for many years and couldn’t think of going anywhere else! Love the staff and the dentists. Everyone there greets me as if I were family. Very professional, caring and friendly.

My husband and I have been going to Pickens Family since moving to area...about 7 years...and we love them! Professional, friendly and the customer service from front desk, hygienists and dentists is phenomenal! I wouldn't go anywhere else.
