Upon moving to Charleston from LA 2 yrs ago, I knew I wanted to go the biodentistry route for my mouth care. I bookmarked Palmetto Smiles as my #1 choice after doing some in-depth research. Our whole family has seen Dr Cambell for four years. We love him! He doesn’t try and “oversell” like so many dentists do, which makes him incredibly trustworthy. He goes above and beyond if you do have a dental issue, and he always makes sure that you’re comfortable there. The hygienists are all awesome and the admin staff is incredible!! We drive for about 40 minutes to see him and I cannot see us changing to someone closer. This was my first visit to PS and as with all first Dentistry visits was to fix something. I broke a tooth while working. Not only was it incredibly uncomfortable, I knew I needed to manage the situation relatively quickly. The staff at PS recognized my situation and got me in immediately and with no hesitation. Once I arrived I was really amazed at the personol service and how helpful everyone was. I had failing teeth. I knew I had to do something. I had all my amalgams and silver removed safely. I'm currently getting implants to correct my horrible condition. The staff is the best team I've ever encountered. I feel at ease with the Doctors and I appreciate how they make me feel . I now have hope I will have a good smile one day. You will receive excellent service from Dr. Campbell and his staff. I've been a patient for years and I won't go any place else. The atmosphere and the stuff are very pleasant. I highly recommend Palmetto Smiles!
