Love my dentist & hygienist! This practice is a Christian practice and I am grateful for that! Everyone is friendly, courteous, & professional at all times. Always Christian music playing every visit and they will all pray for and with you! Where do you find that anymore? Outstanding! We need more people/ practices like this in the world today! Dr. Newell and his team are the best dental establishment in the CSRA. I have been to several dentists in the area and none are as truly caring, not only about your dental health, but about you as a person as he is and the rest of his staff. Waited too long for a dentist in SC after move from WA state. I adored my dentist there and looked forward to teeth cleaning and regular check ups. I am a dental hygienist who currently stays home with my children. I worked in dentistry for 12 years and worked in 4 different states due to being a military spouse. I choose this office for my dental needs because they are genuine. This office isn't production driven, they don't push sales or extra services and treatments. Often I see comments from people about the services that are provided by their health care professionals. These comments are mostly complaints made because of many reasons. I wish to take a different approach with this commentary. Recently I had to seek the services of a new Dental Care Group due to the passing of my Dentist and friend Dr. John Butler. Y...read moreesterday I started the process of a rear molar implant and if any of you have experienced this process you understand how incredibly challenging it is. Dr John Newell is simply incredible in every way. Sure there was pain but Dr. Newells method kept that to a minimum and here it is the day after and I am feeling fine. This procedure has many parts to it and I observed that quite frankly there were many opportunities for the outcome to be less than perfect. That did not happen however, in fact perfection was achieved and Dr. Newell being a Godly person declared that he and the staff say a prayer before each procedure and the results are God's work. I agree but I also give much credit to Dr. Newell and his excellent care teams extraordinary talent. I feel very fortunate to now have a Dental Care home and have become friends with both Dr. Newell and Dr. Flouras ( she is a mighty mite). I often see where someone is seeking a new Dentist and I just have to say they are the best. I recommend them highly. read less
