Kids First Dental is awesome!!! It’s very clean, the nurses are friendly and you can tell they love what they do. I live in Winnsboro SC and I drive 35 minutes to Kids First Dental in Lancaster SC. My daughter comes faithful to get her teeth cleaned and today she had to get a tooth removed. The doctor was so nice he made my child feel safe.
Dr. Sylvester is amazing. My daughter loves how sweet he is. He assures and calms down child as well as parent. Very informative Dentist and staff.
Dr Sylvester is so wonderful with my adopted daughter who has great anxiety. He talks softly and sweetly and encourages her during each dental procedure. He is so accommodating and caring !!

Both of my children have been going here for a few years now. The doctors, hygienist, and assistants are great with my kids! This is the ONLY pediatric dentist office that I will take my kids to now.
Dr. Smith and her assistant Haven were both amazing!! They made my child feel so comfortable! It was the best dentist experience we have had so far. Definitely recommend!
