Dr. Brian and staff make my daughter feel so special and have her smiling the whole time. She has been bringing her favorite stuffed animal (her dog “Goldie”) to help her at her visits be brave and Dr. Brian remembered her dog’s name without us even telling him and gave him a check up too which really tickled my daughter. All staff were friendly. There is a kid-friendly play area in the waiting room. The check-up went smoothly considering my son is a toddler. Recommendations from the dentist were clear without confusion.

Good luck finding any pediatric dental team as good as UPD. They are patient, kind, encouraging, detailed, knowledgeable, gentle and maybe just a bit magical!

My daughter loves Dr. Brian. She is 13 and has been going to him since age 5. He is always patient, thorough, and takes time to answer any questions. We have not had a chance to meet any other dentist(s) in this office, so I am speaking of our experience with him specifically and of the hygienists when I say that I highly recommend this practice!I don't know that I have ever called and gotten voice mail. Things are so busy these days that many of us don't have time for phone tag, so this is a hu...read morege plus for any medical practice!Partitions between the hygienists' (who are always great) stations would be nice to create a more quiet atmosphere. Perhaps the 3 are in an open area because seeing other children having things done helps to ease the anxiety of those who might be nervous or to accommodate families who need to bring siblings at the same time and make things more efficient. There is probably a good reason. Either way, it's not a huge issue since there are nice, private rooms/suites in another area of the office for those needing treatments beyond general cleanings. read less

I accompanied my Daughter and my Grandson to his last six month check up. At that time we met a lovely lady named Simone. My family adored her. So much that we requested to only see her along side the dentist on each future visit. My Grandson needed an x ray done and she not only made my Daughter and I comfortable. She also made my 3 year old Grandson extremely comfortable as well. She is excellent with children and needs recognition for what an amazing job she did.
