My recent visit to Crown Dental on Cleveland CT in Greenville, SC couldn't have been better! From the time I entered the lobby, the facility was exceptionally clean and every staff member cordial and thorough in assuring my needs were met and exceeded. Dr. Wimpy took the time to check and explain all my dental concerns with wit and wisdom. Excellent service!
All members were so kind and understanding and thorough in explaining to me what needs to be done to get my teeth back to normal again. I truly appreciated all the information and will be explaining it all to my son-in-law and daughter. Thanks so much. Maria
I didn't get the flippers I thought I wanted but the experience was amazing. Dr Michael was great! I laughed, learned, and got my bottom teeth adjusted (which I did not want) and guess what....I kept them in all day. Great job sir! Thank you so much! So far very good!
Everyone is so nice and the dentist was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me. I would 100% recommend this place. Great experience!!
Had a great appointment yesterday with Sabrina for a deep cleaning. She was very competent and I felt that the cleaning was very thorough. She took the time to explain everything about about the procedure, and was caring and communicative throughout. I had thought going into it that there could be some discomfort during and after, but I had none! She's wonderful!
I lost a bonding on a front tooth. I called Crowns Now for an appointment and they worked with me. I received an appointment and Dr. Wheeler made repairs. I received painless professional care. The experience was handled swiftly and courteously start to finish. I would recommend this office (off Cleveland st.) to everyone. Thanks to Dr. Wheeler and staff!
I could not be happier with the improvements Dr. Wheeler and her staff did for my front teeth. The staff is excellent, and quick to respond to your needs and very thorough and professional. I am so happy to have stayed with "Crowns Now" for all my dental needs and highly recommend them to anyone wanting the best service available.
I am the biggest baby when it comes to the dentist but Dr Wheeler and her staff treated me as if f had been coming there for years, when it was my first visit. I am so impressed that I wouldn’t go any where else now and am so excited to get all of the work done. Thank you so much for a truly pleasant experience at your office!
Dr. Wheeler saved my mouth. She has the best bedside manner anyone could ask for. The whole staff is very friendly and professional. I moved about 40 minutes away and never even thought about finding another provider. I have been going to Crowns Now dentist since I arrived in the US 15 years ago from the UK. They are amazing! They treat you like family and even gave me a blanket to use on my most recent visit, because I said I was cold. My hygienist Sabrina is the sweetest, most caring person and always does her utmost to make my experience as pleasant as possible.
