If I could rate them zero I would. I spoke to a person who got my insurance information: confirmed that they took my insurance. I called my insurance to verify in network coverage. Insurance confirmed my benefits. Only to find out the day of the appointment that my insurance did not allow the benefits as they were maxed out. And these people waited until an hour before the appointment to do this? When I literally sent them my info a week prior? Avoid this place like the plague.

12/11/24Most insurances do not respond to our request for benefits and limitation. We spend a good amount of time calling and waiting to get a response from insurance carriers to get benefits for all our patients. We hope that now you understand your benefits. All the best in your dental care.

Best experience ever for dental office. I broke my broke they saw same day in out under 2 hours brand new tooth. Their Technology is amazing. Crown done same day it saved me time. Not to mention the dentist and the entire staff was the best.

I recently visited Kathy for a dental cleaning and was very satisfied. From her warm and friendly attitude and gentle care, Kathy made the entire experience exceptional. She explained each step, answered all my questions, and provided helpful advice on maintaining oral health. Her professionalism, positive attitude, and genuine care for her patients truly set her apart. I highly recommend Kathy (or any of the great hygienists at D&R) for anyone seeking a top-notch dental hygienist!

Amazing and excellent dental cleaning service provided by Dr. Dominguez recently, enlightening, entertaining as well as informative exchange during the process. I departed from the office in better oral and mental health which is always a plus. I have also had fillings completed by Dr. Walker who is also very caring and willing to answer any questions I may have while being intentional in comforting any dis-ease prior to, during and after. To be clear, I've never visited the office. However, I have filled out an online form MULTIPLE times to request an appointment since they are very close to my residence. I have never received an email or a call in regards to setting up an appointment as a new patient. I certainly won't try again.
