James Island Dental is the best. I believe it has been 25 years with them, maybe longer. Dr. Weir and Dr. Thomas always make you feel at ease. Sandy, is an excellent Dental Hygienist and I enjoy hearing her stories of Hagar and Juno. She is very professional and personable. Makes the day at the dentist a happy event.

I had a visit at James Island dental today for my teeth cleaning and X-rays. As usual Rosemary did a great job and Dr. Thomas followed with a good checkup. Kit was very thorough and explained each process before she started. I was comfortable and made my 6 month appointment with her at the end of my visit. Definitely recommend you choose them for your dental meeds
