Very kind and caring staff, Dr Woods cares about his patients and treats them as well. Staff Very friendly. They took care of a problem my dentist office would not. I'm very grateful to them and would recommend them.

Dr. Jowers is a wonderful dentist!! I felt calm and at ease with how welcoming and caring everyone is. I had a procedure done and left feeling great! If you’re looking for a pleasant hometown dentist office, this is the place!!

My crown popped out while flossing and they were able to promptly get me in and get it fixed asap(affordable as well). The staff is wonderful and the office is immaculate. Highly recommend!

I have really bad anxiety, add a dentist to it and it goes to extreme. Ashamed to say but I have not seen a dentist in way too long due to this. I finally had to go as a tooth broke, a front tooth at that. I called probably 10 different dentist until I found a compassionate , friendly and understanding voice on the other end. I needed to know they weren’t going to judge me for waiting so long and understood how scared I was. The day of my appointment (consultation) you would have thought I was getting all my teeth yanked out by the way I was physically shaking. They were so nice, understanding, explained everything and never made me feel bad for my dental health. I had to have a root canal today (with the laughing gas of course) but when I tell you I hugged the dental assistants when it was over, I did. They and Dr. Wood made me feel so welcomed and tried to calm my fears every step of the way. Asking if I needed a break, water or a blanket. I would have hugged Dr. Wood as well but felt that may be a bit awkward. lol One of the things that stood out to me was when it was over Dr. Wood-said I’m going to try to help you get over your fear of dentist. He heard me, he truly cares. I can’t tell you that I will not be nervous or need the laughing gas for the next appointments I have but I can tell you I have found my forever home with them and I can’t think them enough for the support and love they shown this anxiety ridden girl. I am visiting Chapin, on my way from the airport I bit into a lollipop and snapped a bottom front tooth at the gum. I immediately went on Google and found Chapin Dental, I was worried yhey would not be able to fit me in. Excellent service! My mom is 92. She fell and the fall impacted her teeth. She needed immediate assistance the day after her ER visit. The staff was so helpful to get her in quickly. Dr Wood and assistances attended with such care and concern. 10 days later Dr Wood did an out of the office visit on his LUNCH hour to do a recheck on my mother! So thankful and impressed with his concern. Thanks to all who helped!

Every time, every instance, every scheduled visit, no matter the circumstances, the folks that work here are amazing! Always treated with respect, compassion, concern-whether a standard cleaning or a painful emergency-best dental services around!
