I was recommended to Affordable Dental Solutions when I didn't have insurance. I was then and still am pleasantly surprised by their great service. Just yesterday, I was running late, due to traffic. I was more than willing to reschedule since it was my fault, but the receptionist, named Shay, said to still come, because she was going to make things work. I arrived and thought I would have to wait a long time, but due to another patient being late I was able to be seen a few minutes after I had ...read morearrived--late. Jeanette was my hygienist and Dr. Yoo my doctor. I later discovered that Shay, the lady that orchestrated my arrival was the new office manager. I had to tell someone how amazing she is and that her customer service was impeccable! Companies need to employ more people like her. She can really handle the things that happen and not cost the company business by canceling or rescheduling the appointment. An appointment, if strategically planned, can in fact be salvaged. I currently have dental insurance, and travel 40-minutes to go to Affordable Dental Solutions--I don't plan on changing to another place. Thank you Shay and to the office! read less

Excellent treatment from staff and Dentist. I’m 87 years old and have been to many dentists in several states and I honestly can say that I had the best cleaning ever today.I know, for sure that Affordable Dental is my go to dental practice for the future.

It is refreshing to hear your service provider admit that there is an issue with the end product, up-front and with honesty. Even more refreshing is to have the good doctor lay out a plan of action that made sense and did not inconvenience me in the least. Nice, very nice.

Excellent experience! Dr. Katy is friendly, professional, dedicated & knowledgeable. What more could one ask for...she & her staff are the very BEST! She will work with you for the most propitious outcome, no matter how much time & work is involved. 👍
