We went to another dentist in the area for a while because this office was booked. It was an awful time with that dentist overcharging us for tone of stuff. We came back to dr mark because we have been with them since they were first opened. Dr mark is so friendly and caring and thinks about what is best for our whole family ! I have been a patient for over 20 years. I love their honesty and true dedication to excellent dental care and not “upselling” me to more expensive services. Many competitors in the area are only out to deepen their pockets.The integrity of this practice speaks for itself.My only criticism, and why I only complaint is, if you need to reschedule an appointment, it can take up to 9 months for a routine check-up.

I was recently dentally orphaned by the retirement of my regular dentist. Dr.’s Gurski and D’Agostino have been taking care of my wife’s dental needs for some time and when my personal emergency (fractured tooth) presented itself, they naturally were my first choice. Not being in any pain, they were able to see me on a non emergent basis within 4 days (would have been sooner if I was in distress). In less than 5 minutes I was in a dental chair, had an X-ray taken by the very proficient Isis and was being greeted by the gregarious and very friendly Dr. Mark who discussed with me his findings, outlined my treatment plan and, with my ready agreement, quickly and comfortably numbed me up. 20 minutes later my treatment was complete. My tooth was drilled and repaired. Before letting me leave, Dr. Mark made absolutely sure that I was comfortable with my treatment. Checkout took no longer than check in and I was informed that my insurance would be billed. This may have been my first visit but it most certainly won’t be my last. Stroke survivors require 100% care from their providers, and the provider's offices 100% of the time. That especially includes restorative dental providers; they're right there. I left our lifelong dentist when he retired, and moved to Dr. Gurski's rented office in Kenhorst. Being treated with respect by a doctor you've known for 25 years isn't unusual; getting PERFECT care, from Dr. Kathy for all that time IS extraordinary. In my 75 years I have had horrible dentists make mistakes; two cost me $4,000 each in out of pocket costs, a third caused me to lose a perfectly good tooth. Coming from a number 1 chicken, let me tell you how pleased I am with Dr Mark and his Staff. Not only did they accommodate my emergency very quickly the same day, the Staff were very understanding of my fears but Dr Mark performed my procedure with virtually no discomfort. I expected pain and other than the initial stick after the numbing swab, I felt completely pain free. I have been going to this dental practice for years and have always been treated with kindness. From the time I walk in the door until the end. I had a horrible fear of going to a dentist. My fears were eased because they truly listen and did not make me feel ill at ease because of those fears. I rarely write reviews unless it is warranted. I have to honestly say Give this practice a try, you will love it ,as much as anyone can love going to the dentist.
