My first time being there everyone was very friendly. Dr. went over my xrays very thoroughly and pointed out things I never knew. Hygienist was ever so gentle as I had periodontal work done earlier in the year. They addressed my financial concerns and all ended well. I won't feel so stressed the next appointment.
