Atlas's staff is fabulous, competent, pleasant, personable, and knowledgeable. Their new space is very professional, bright, and comfortable. They have state-of-the-art equipment. Over the years, they have made me more comfortable smiling! Highly recommend this practice.
I went for my first appointment at Atlas Dental Specialist. I had filled out my paperwork online and that made things go very quickly when i arrived. They explained exactly what would happen during the visit and asked about previous bad experiences so they could be attentive on an individual basis. That was very refreshing. Dr. Nick had a great chair side manner and explained the whole process. He was great. I like the family environment that exists and am glad I choose them as my dentist.
By far my best experiences at the dentist. After using small businesses when I was younger and eventually settled for Aspen Dental (which I do not recommend), I found ADS. The staff is as nice as you can expect and the girls at the front desk are very bubbly. I've had minor things go wrong that is mostly due to the ineffectiveness the numbing agent has on my mouth but any sign of pain, the doctors stop right away and get you taken care of.
Took me on time, very efficient, excellent customer service.
Going to the dentist is never a hardship at your office. Everyone is always so friendly and pleasant. It is quite evident that you enjoy your work and you show by being so positive with everyone. Good PR Thank you.
I came here once, many moons ago, with a tooth emergency. And I've stayed with this practice, because they are both professional and personable. Great location for downtown workers. Each and every staff member is so friendly and interactive. Angela is my hygenist, and I can't imagine ever dealing with anyone else. Atlas Dental is literally above everyone (office on the top floor of a 15 story building providing an excellent view of the burgh) else when it comes to taking care of your dental needs. The staff makes you feel like you are part of their family the moment you walk into the office. I have been going to Dr. Duncan for more than 10 years and I have had nothing but good experiences with her and her staff. She is a true expert in her field, an artist if you will. Not everyone can do this job, it's not just about skill, but also attitude. I would recommend Atlas Dental, if Dr. Duncan's daughter and son-in-law have the same work ethic, I know I can expect great care and professionalism!
Dr. Mangini and Dr. Duncan and all the staff were fantastic! I expected a lot of pain but the pills stopped that, and by the next morning, I didn't need any pain killers at all, so I just stopped using them. It is now afternoon after yesterday's extraction, and I am still totally without any pain and ignoring the pills. Your new dentist is a magician! I will return to complete the procedure!
