I was getting the molding done for my mouth guards. The hygienist didn't give me a warning about the insertion of the mold so I was choking on the mold. It was a bit traumatizing because I had a bad experience of gagging from my previous dentist. She was nice to help me to breathe through my nose so I continued with the molding process. Nonetheless, I wasn't expecting her to ram it into my mouth.
