I’ve been coming to Dr. Naifeh’s office for 6 years and have overall had a good experience. I was extremely upset yesterday to learn that I have been overcharged for my teeth cleanings for the past 6 years. I was not aware that once the dental hygienist is done cleaning my teeth, there is an additional charge for the Dentist to enter the room and double check their work. I can understand if I had dental insurance and they were hitting the insurance companies for more money on the back end but that isn’t the case. I’m a hard working blue collar guy and being charge an additional fee that I now know I can opt out of is heartbreaking. I view this dentist office completely differently now. read less

01/24/25Jamal, I am very sorry to hear that you are heartbroken. The charge isn't for Dr. Naifeh checking the hygienists work, when he comes in he completes a full exam and checks for things that the hygienist does not. Her job is to clean your teeth, Dr. Naifeh comes in and does a more thorough exam making sure there are no areas of concern and if there is, he addresses them. We pride ourselves in treating our patients as fairly as possible, that is why yesterday I discussed your options with you. I am very sorry that this wasn't done before now and we hope that we can continue to have you as a patient.

LOVE! Dr. Naifeh was amazing! I am not a fan of going to the dentist, but he made me feel comfortable and heard. I wish I would have found him years ago. Highly recommended to anyone searching for a caring dentist. Sam the dental assistant, was amazing as well. She was very caring to this terrified adult human.
