The entire staff is professional, personal and accommodating. My husband and I just switched from another dentist's office and I feel confident we made a great decision to do so. They show you pictures of your teeth so you know what they're discussing and better understand any recommendations. A big THANK YOU goes out to everyone for a very positive first experience.
I have had several root canal and crowns done at this office and I have always been happy with the outcome. I can honestly say the procedures have been literally painless. Even the numbing shots do not hurt. When I have called with a toothache or issue, they always get me right in....I am a very happy patient.
The whole process took about 1 1/2 hours but after the numbing took place I was constantly being worked on. Dr. Stickel is the BEST!
Top notch people. Very personable and very concerned about your overall health. Have only dealt with Dr Gretchen Zodi but I must say shes very attentive and a real people person.
My son who is now 7 has always had a pleasant experience at their dentist office. The hygienist even pulled back on his sealants because he was having trouble. She didn't want him to have a bad experience. Im glad we switched to Westerville Dentist practice.

I have been a patient for over 20 years when Dr. Bancroft was there. A young new doctor named Brian Stickel was introduced to me who was caring, intelligent and so eager to learn. He was so interested in every word I said from my dental history to my family history and genuinely cared. Really nice, upscale lobby and dental suites. The staff is unfailingly nice - and understanding of financial constraints: They work with you to find a payment plan that works. I get exceptional care there and will continue to be a patient of theirs for life!
I have had to reschedule my cleaning due to work and sickness. They have been so kind every time I called to try and help me find another appointment. When I most recently inquired about an appointment for the very next day, I was initially told they do not have any openings, however called back a little later that day to say they had a cancellation.
