My daughter had her new patient appointment. Everyone was very welcoming. The hygienist was thorough in explaining everything she was doing and its importance. I appreciated the time they took, not once did I feel rushed.
My twins are exited to go to the dentist. Before we went they said I love the dentist. As a mom that makes me so happy. Ashley and Dr Amy are wonderful to my boys. When the boys were cold Ashley got them blankets. The boys love that they can watch a movie the whole time and are comfortable. Ashley has seen all 3 of my boys and every time is so kind. She also remembers things about them from 6 months ago. Completely amazing. This a great team and I can’t say enough kind things about them.
So happy with my experience! They are so inviting, friendly, and truly care about you! I was with Meagan today and she was so unbelievably nice and talked me through everything they had to do today! 10/10 recommend this location and I am actually excited to go back!

I broke my front tooth on Sunday evening at 8 p.m. To me, it was an emergency, to other people, it may not have been an emergency. But at the time, I felt like my world was stopping. I have never been a patient of Dental Excellence and I called them on Monday morning at 7am in hopes to get an appointment within the week and by 5pm the same day, I was walking out of their office with my tooth completely fixed! My family recently had appointments and we were provided wonderful service. It was only supposed to be myself and one child but received a call of last minute openings and you were able to fit in the whole family in. You were great with all my kids as well as myself and made all of us feel comfortable and eased their nervousness about having their teeth cleaned.

I have always had fear/anxiety with going to the dentist. Dr. Carpenter has given me a new hope for dentists!!! I feel more at ease and trust what he does is the right thing. Very personable & a great dentist! I'll look past being a Buckeye fan 😉.
