They are kind, creative and will work with clients to find a solution. Amy is my kid’s hygienist and is one of the reasons they love going to the dentist. She makes them feel important, they learn about healthy habits and are given responsibility with call to action. My husband and I always schedule with Lori. She is a true professional, talented and an expert in relationship building because she genuinely cares about us. We honestly look forward to seeing her. I will always be an advocate of Ohio State University and/or Ohio school educated endorsed educated businesses. The Santilli group checks all of the boxes for patient care. I am petrified of going to the dentist. After my DDS of 35 years moved away, I went to a new dentist. For 2 years I was miserable. She could not make me comfortable. I actually left the dental chair and walked out! Enter Dr. Santilli et.al. Oh my how fortunate I feel to have found him. My fears and anxiousness did not intimidate him. Lori, who cleans my teeth is funny, gentle, and keeps me relaxed. I have had a massive amount of work done by Dr. Santilli. While I am in the chair, Dr.Santilli checks with me often to ensure that I am comfortable and ready for what he needs to do next. His side kick Katie does the same. Dr. Santilli and his staff are the best. Super accommodating, always on time, early and late hours to fit my crazy schedule. I can't say enough good things about them. A+++ experience every time!
