Excellent team and service at Murray Hill Dentist in New Albany and I will make this my permanent Dentist. The entire staff made me feel comfortable and everyone was very friendly and that includes the team that works at the front desk. Dr. Anna Marschalk and Lannie Lynch the Hygienist, took the time to go over everything with the exam, x-rays and cleaning which I have not received this in the past at my previous dentist.

I love this place! Receptionist is so friendly and funny. I cant remeber the girls name who cleaned my teeth but so enjoyed talking to her. And Dr Brown is awesome as usual. Love the dogs too!

Murray Hill Dental is fantastic! Location is close to home, and the office is clean and modern. What really makes me enjoy this Dental Practice though is the staff. Lainey (spelling may be wrong 😐) has been my hygienist multiple times and she's got a phenomenal memory and energy. Between her and Dr. Anne, along with the rest of the crew, I'm laughing, talking about our kids (many of us have similarly aged children) and not stressed about my dental appointments. I have always been afraid of going to the dentist. I needed some work done so in looking I found the Murry Hill Dental - New Albany office. It was close to my home and took my insurance. I decided to give them a try. WOW, am I glad I did. I had not been in a long time and was nervous and embarrassed to go. I was treated so nice from the moment I entered through the door until I left from the receptionist, hygienist and dentist. I was treated with so much compassion, respect and dignity. They tre...read moreated me like I was family and that they truly cared about me and my dental health. They were so friendly and explained everything they were doing and pulled up my x-rays and explained what they saw and what they needed to do to fix or correct my problem. The hygienist, Dani was amazing. So knowledgeable, courteous and caring. She quickly made me feel at ease and continued to through the whole process explaining everything as she preformed her tasks. Then she brought in Dr, Anna to talk to me and she explained the x-rays and what needed to be done and how they would accomplish it. Again, yet another amazing person who was so knowledgeable, courteous and caring. They are professional yet so personal they make your experience so much less stressful and scary. The receptionist/insurance associate was amazing as well and explained how my insurance was billing and what my financial responsibility would be. She answered all of my questions and concerns. When my tooth broke Murray Hill Dental was able to see me that day. Treatment options were reviewed and explained in detail. They were able to place the permanent crown the same day!
