I was not too thrilled about coming in on my day off for a tooth extraction on my lower left and a crown repair on my upper right. needless to say I arrived at 11 a.m. feeling kind of Salty the day before my birthday. the hygienist asked me if I was ready to get my mouth numb. I told her no I want no anesthesia I just wanted to do it all cold turkey. she gave me a stunned look and then I smiled and said "not" numb me up. she looked relieved and then it made me laugh and I'm saying well you're ...read moremaking me feel better. we all had a big laugh about it. then I asked the lab technician and doctor what is so Advanced about five point Advanced Dentistry they told me that they have a 3D imaging system that takes pictures of my entire mouth and sends them to another laboratory which creates an impression of my mouth using a 3D Laser printer. he said it cuts down on wait time from ten days to two days and it is more accurate than taking a cast impression. then they proceeded to tell me that they also have a digital X-Ray Scanner that will take pictures of my mouth digitize them for storage as well as recreate what my mouth look like in the past vs. the present in overlay. they say it is much more accurate then the film based Imaging system. As they were poking and prodding in my mouth scraping and pulling and drilling (yes, the anethesia worked) they explained to me exactly what they were doing and why. they explained the consequences of me neglecting my teeth for the past two years and even showed me the actual inflamed and infected tissue within my gum line and tooth, gross. However, by the end of this three-hour procedure and during the course of our conversation I was feeling much better about being there. I want to thank the staff for an efficient and painless process. I appreciate their professionalism, kindness, courtesy and empathy. UA 5 Points Dentistry was recommended by my daughter's orthodontist who was not pleased by the work of our previous dentist. If you are looking for a dentist, who will give kind and personal care as you get your needs met....... look no more........ you have found him! Dr. Imm is thorough and caring and particular in everything he does. His methods are up to date and beyond. His staff is always ready and willing and MORE than capable! I have used Dr Hooper for over 30 years. The attention to detail cannot be beat. Even for a temporary crown they make sure it is perfect. They spend the time, they do it right. I will never go anywhere else.

I unexpectedly spent a total of 7 hours with the Dr. Imm, Tracie, and the crew on Wednesday, and as odd as it sounds, thoroughly enjoyed it! I requested an appointment online for a troublesome tooth and was called the same day to make an appointment that week.
