Dr. Hayden and her whole staff are very professional yet very personal. They take the time to make sure that you our well taken care of. I called this weekend with a bad toothache on Monday and on Tuesday Dr. Hayden had me in her office where they helped me identify what was causing the toothache. I thought I found one, but I was wrong. They just about messed up my mouth and I came back to Dr. Hayden where I had been a client for many years. . She examined my mouth. She took x-rays to let me see what was going on. Explained what needed to be done followed, me through to the next step which was seeing a Periodontist that she recommended. They have a very good working relationship so she knows exactly what’s going on. Everything is working out on schedule and as of this January we should be finished with the whole process. I recently switched dentists and was really impressed by Dr. Hayden and her staff's thoroughness, attention to detail and care. They explained things to me in an easy to understand way. It helped uncover a few untreated areas that need addressing. Her office is conveniently located, clean, and the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Dr. Hayden and her team make me feel valued. I had the best experience with the dental hygienist, Kenisha (I apologize if I spelled your name incorrectly), she took her time to educate me regarding dental care and explain the "why". Her passion was apparent for her profession. Dr. Hayden took her time to explain to me the "why". She is a true professional. Great Dentist! Everyone in the office is helpful and nice. Very professional and trustworthy. They definitely try to make sure that you are not getting hidden costs and that the work being done is necessary. They do great work across the board but if you need a chipped tooth repaired, they are magicians

It is always a good visit when I see Dr Hayden and her staff. They're always polite, and honest. I drive from NKY, because it is hard finding a dentist that love what they do. :)
