I always enjoy my visits. Dr. Poole and the staff are always so personable. They notice you on arrival and say hello. They try to ensure you have the same hygienist during each visit which results in you building a rapport with the hygienist and them knowing you & your hygiene care. I have been a patient for over 30 years. and have recommended family and friends.

Dr. Poole's office demonstrated their commitment to providing excellent dental care by promptly fixing my son's chipped tooth within an hour. Their dedication to their patients was evident when they were able to accommodate us for an appointment the next day, and their reassurance that they would have done the same thing if I had called that night was truly comforting. After being our dentist for 14 years, I can confidently recommend Dr. Poole to anyone in search of a top-notch dentist.

Dr. Poole and his staff are great. I've been going to him for almost 20 years. I met him when I worked at Humana and he was Humana's dental consultant. Highly recommend.
Dr. Poole's office is always on time, they take care of you, and will work with you. I because a patient because of an emergency dental need a few years ago and they were able to get me in and figure out the issue and fixed it. I just have to keep my appointment because he's so popular that I won't get in for another 6 months 🙃
