staff is always "pleasant", runs on time and they provide excellent feedback/guidance on patient dental care as they ask questions on how things are!
Dr. Downey is not only an expert in his field of medicine, but also willing to help his patients, even when the office is closed, on the weekend. I called him with an abscess at 10:30pm, thinking I would get the answering service, but got his cellphone. He was so kind in advising me what to do, ordered meds & said to come into the office the following Monday. He is also a great listener & funny
Had a back to back service today. Where I had a cavity repaired and cleaning. They made the transition seamless and even allowed me to rest in a private room between appointments for a few minutes. Been going here since I was young and I love downtown, so it’s a 30min drive I will make because of the staff.
Had a crown prep work done yesterday and I was amazed that there was no pain involved. I didn't even feel the shot of analgesic. If you need dental work I highly recommend this place. You won't be sorry.
I AM ON A WALKER AND EVERYONE AT YOUR OFFICE WAS VERY HELPING ME TO GET AROUND. I WAS IN A LOT OF PAIN DURING THE THE TREATMENT. I AM GOING TO HAVE TO SET UP APPOINTMENTS FOR SURGERY. I HAD TO LEAVE YESTERDAY BECAUSE THE PAIN ON MY LEGS WAS GETTING WORSE. EVERYONE WAS MOST HELPFUL.
