I am still in a state of awe 2 hours after having two cavities hidden under two different bridges corrected with lasers. No shots for numbing needed; just swabbing with a local anesthesia, which wore off quite soon after the procedure. No drilling! I was in and out in 30 minutes! I was amazed when Dr. Earp said, "We're done!" He also frequently checked with me to make sure I was doing okay during the procedure.

Pleasantly greeted upon entry. Dental hygienist, Allison, is wonderful. Kind, gentle, knowledgeable, personable. After taking x-rays, she noticed 2 very small cavities under a bridge that she pointed out to Dr. Earp. He quickly praised her for the good x-rays and "good eyes" for catching the cavities. He said he would take care of me that very week, or the next, my call. So obliging.

Cleaning appt. Different from other cleanings, & slow. Lots of water spraying on my face & being suctioned out. I choked on it, triggering a coughing spasm—then no more water spray was used. Very pleasant hygienist. Afterwards, i sat there 1/2 hr waiting for dr earp’s inspection. Why? Was he gone for lunch? Hygienist came in twice to apologize. My husband’s appt delayed even more. Cleaning appts sh.not take 2.5 hours. Made us late to 2 other appts. Not good. Must pay “up front” & get ...read morereimbursed. Not good. Dr Earp is most excellent. 03/07/25Thanks for the feedback Elizabeth! We always strive to be on time, make our patients comfortable, and keep providing excellent clinical care! Hygiene- Glad you were able to talk with Ally to discuss your concerns further. She's very thorough and kind. You have the option for water rinsed/suction or not during your cleaning but it is hygienic to wash out particles. Just communicate with your hygienist your preference. Delays- No, Dr. Earp and the team do not "go out for lunch", choosing to dedicate the workday focus to patients. In the medical profession, even though we have a schedule, there are times when patients have unexpected things come up in clinic and takes a little more time. But providing optimal oral care is our top priority for EVERY patient, so sometimes delays happen. Its not often here, but can happen like every medical practice! Like Ally, we apologize for the delay and thank you for your continued patronage. Insurance- This isn't new in dentistry, "fee for service" with insurance reimbursing the patients, not the Dr. Its fairly new to us; we sent a mass email in Jan 2024 ref the policy change. The reason for policy changes is the old policy no longer works. Dental Insurance delays are awful and time consuming. Insurance stalls to pay practices, but will pay the subscriber quickly because you are their client, not us. Since we file electronically, most times they pay within the week! Hope this helps clarify most of your concerns.

Called in late in the day with a broken crown and was seen the nest morning. Problem fixed in one visit and Dr. Earp and the staff couldn't have been more professional or friendly. Highly recommend this practice!

I chipped a tooth and needed immediate dental care. Dr. Earp's office made sure I received the attention I needed. When I got to his office, I was immediately seen and Dr. Earp was extremely gracious in repairing the tooth. He is always friendly and adjusts to your needs. I am usually a bit nervous and he is very calming but takes care of business. He and staff are warm, caring to the patients.
