The staff is always friendly and very efficient. They remember personal touches to make the visit more enjoyable. Dr. Drew always explains any issues so that I can understand them and works with me on a plan of care. They have been caring for my whole family's oral hygiene for 18 years.
Highland Family Dentistry is the right name for this practice because from the moment I walked in the door they made me feel like I was family. Everyone is so nice and make you feel comfortable. I will never go to another dentist office again. This will be the only dentist office I ever visit. I am definitely going to recommend them to all of my friends, co-workers and family members.
Had a appointment there for a cleaning. I was so pleased! The staff are great people. Dr. McNeal was very nice and asked if I had any concerns. No rush to have you in and out. They genuinely care about your needs. Christy did my cleaning and she explained everything she would be doing throughout the cleaning. I told Christy I had a bad experience before during a cleaning, she understood and took her time to make me feel relaxed. I will be referring all family and friends. I have been to a lot of dentists and this by far was the best experience I have ever had. From the minute you can to schedule an appointment until your procedure is completed, there is a great dentist there and staff to assist you. Thank you Dr. Drew and staff!! My fear of dentists has been cured!!
