Everyone was extremely warm, welcoming & polite . Usually I’m uncomfortable when going to the dentist but here made me feel otherwise.
Very nice staff and caring
We are very pleased with the service again at Carolina Pines Dentistry. My daughter was seen 2 weeks ago, she had 2 teeth removed and a cavity filled. She was nervous but the staff was very friendly and took good care of her, which helped to calm her nerves. She went back this week for another cleaning and she left happy again. This is by far the best dentist office my family and I have been to.
I have been pleased with my visits to Carolina Pines. Today I came in for a teeth cleaning. Jonah Boyd was my hygienist. She made me feel comfortable and we had wonderful conversations. Going to the dentist is not one of my favorite activities but it is more palatable going to Carolina Pines. Thank you for your excellent service.
Just want to say that everyone at Carolina Pines Dentistry have been fantastic since first time started with them. From the Jill at the front desk to the whole staff. Do however want to acknowledge my Hygienist "Jonah" for not only her professional ability at her Job but also her customer service attributes, very polite, courteous, interactive personality, everything for me a customer could expect in excellence. I came in for a cleaning, which still causes me anxiety due to the need for X- rays and having a strong gag reflex. During the visit another issue was found. Ms. Katharine W. was patient, kind and very supportive as was Dr Winkler and Dr Fioravanti. The visit went well all my questions were answered and explained and they made me feel comfortable.
It is refreshing to visit a medical office, or any business office for that matter, where the staff are all friendly and helpful. I have had two visits at the office, one with Dr. Wingler and the other with Dr. Fioravanti. They were both professional, friendly and seemed very thorough. For both visits, Jonah was my dental assistant. She is a very pleasant person and does a great job! The dental membership/insurance program that they offer is a very good idea and a good value. The staff is so friendly and made me feel at ease. I was there for a crown. They made it as painless as possible and updated me on their progress along the way. Everything was done there so I didn’t need to make a couple of trips back for the final crown. I am so impressed with their work, the facility and the wonderful staff. I highly recommend Carolina Pines Dentistry.
There’s not many dentist offices that are actually friendly nor care about your well being, this office makes you feel like your at home and brings you peace whenever your there for whatever reason that may be, I highly recommend this office. Everytime I receive service it’s nothing less than the best.
Jonah Boyd cleaned my teeth today. She is awesome at her job and a pleasure to have clean your teeth. Very pleasant and makes you feel at ease. I would highly recommend Carolina Pines to anyone.
