I went there for crown work. Everything was going smoothly. They made a mould of my tooth and I came back two weeks or so later to have it put on. Well it was not a good mould. Instead of redoing the mould, the young inexperienced dentist with the blond hair and holier than thou attitude forced it on my tooth. Needless to say it's hurt ever since then. Until.. they called me back and said my dental insurance had changed and they no longer accepted my insurance. I said that was okay, but I'm not going to be paying for anything anyway since it was your dentist mistake that we are trying to fix. So why would I have to pay for anything else. She said she was just relaying the message from her office manager. I asked to speak with her office manager then and the office manager refused to get on the phone with me. So this poor receptionist had to be the middle man between me and the horrible cowardly office manager. I asked her if I had to pay out of pocket, what could I possibly have to pay for?! She said other issues that could be involved. I'm only going there to have you guys fix your mistake?? There's no other issues other than that? Sooo be warned. They will try their hardest to double dip, and charge you for something that you do not need or asked for. The moment your insurance changes, treat you like vermin unworthy of stepping into their establishment. Even if it was their mistake. Also be warned. Don't let the young dentist work on your teeth. read less

It's hard to find dentist that get it I love going to his office he's always quick he's always courteous and he knows exactly what's wrong and how to fix it. I love our ladies too the nursing staff is amazing. Maybe next time I'll qualify for the free toothbrush 😁. he's a fun office and he takes care of his staff and his patients you're going to love it

I drive an hour and a half to be in the care of Dr. Scheller. 3 years ago I was told by multiple local dentists that I needed teeth pulled, implants and a root canal. I have had braces twice in my 34 years at a huge cost and I was crying to a friend about how I didn't know how I could afford even more work and to lose my teeth that had cost so much to straighten! As luck would have it, Dr. Scheller's wife happened to be shopping nearby and heard me cry. She encouraged me to schedule an appointme...read morent with her husband. I was into the office the next day. Dr. Scheller didn't promise he could save my teeth but he promised he would provide me the best possible care he could. Dr. Scheller saved all my teeth, listened to my concerns and instantly eased my anxiety about being in the dentist's chair. He saved me at least $5,000 and in the years under his care I've not had the need for any additional work other than cleaning! I took advantage of their great pricing on Zoom Whitening and am proud to flash my beautiful teeth (34 years of stains earased in an hour). Many doctors are great at what they do, but rare are those like Dr. Scheller-when you're in his office you're family, important and in the best of care. His staff is equally as amazing and caring. I look forward to going for my cleanings and being welcomed so warmly. I'm so thankful I found my way to this office, you won't regret making the same choice. read less

The Dr's and staff are the best. They always get people back really fast. The office is a little cold sometimes but they always have warm blankets! Just ask and they will give you one!

Dr. Schiller was very gentle and very friendly and made me feel at ease... All the girls and staff are really sweet and friendly... Megan was Dr. Schiller's asst with my procedure and she is wonderful.... My experience was great and I highly recommend anyone to try Viewmont Family Dentistry
