My recent appointment, Mar 21, was scheduled last Sept, six months out, & I still have the appointment card, with the time & date noted. However, arriving at the appointed time, 8:30, Mar 21, the clerk advised me that my appointment was at 10:10, for which I chose to stay & wait. The office personnel apparently worked diligently to work me in & I was seen around 9:30, for which I was grateful, receiving friendly & professional care. When I got home, I checked my appointment card, still attache...read mored to my appointment calendar, & it showed the 8:30 am time on Mar 21, which I kept. Now, we are all human & mistakes are part of life, so no ill feeling & actually, was able to ‘kill my waiting time’ by doing my morning 30 minute daily walk! Instead of walking in my neighborhood, I got to experience a new walking path, along W Arlington in several business parking lots! A bit cool but got my walk in for the day! This was my first time at the Dental Care Center. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and no one made me feel like I was bothering them by asking questions. Can highly recommend.

This was my very first time going to the Dental Care Center. The Dental Hygienist and the young lady who took the X-rays were both friendly and professional. Both answered any questions I had and explained anything I didn't understand. Hopefully, the main procedures will go just as well, and I'll be just as pleased with the final outcome. First visit and it was good. Appt was at 2:00 and was called back maybe 5 mins later after checking in. Everyone explained everything very thoroughly and Megan, the hygienist, was awesome and made sure I was comfortable during my visit!!!!
