Hi, I took my daughter Alana who is fifteen months to Smile Starters in Greensboro, NC today. The staff was very nice and was helpful. We didn't have to sit in the waiting room long. The building was clean and bathrooms. The dentist assistant explained things well and told me things I didn't even know. The assistant and Dentist was really sweet to my daughter and did their job great. It was my first visit and I was out of there within an hour. Every time I take my daughter to her dentist appointments I am never dissatisfied. The Dentist and Dental assistants have always been kind and patient towards my sometimes whiny 4 year old. We all know that dentist appointments can be sometimes unpleasant, but the assistants always try their best to patiently comfort my child during the appointment. They explain thoroughly before procedures what will have to be done to my child since I can't go back there, it's always nice to know what will be g...read moreoing on. Sometimes the wait time can be a little long during visits, but other than that I have no other complaints about Smile Starters. I'd recommend this company to any parent with a child needing dental assistance. read less
