Dr. Swilling and staff are the best .. I have been going to Dr. Swillings practice for many years.. I absolutely love them all.. You feel like apart of the family.. I have never seen a turn over in staff.. They have a good working life there .. Honestly I look forward to seeing them.. Dr. Swilling is THE BEST DENTIST in Gastonia, Charlotte & the surrounding area!! He is very knowledgable in dentistry & is kind & gentle. He will not do anything to your teeth thay is unnecessary. He takes the time to listen to you as well as explain all procedures to you. He does QUALITY dental work. I cannot say enough great things about him & his WONDERFUL staff!! We took our 6- and 3-year-old boys here and everyone was amazing with them. They both said how much they liked it here and it's by far the best dentist experience we've had with or boys.
