Love Dr. Jalali and his staff! They are always so helpful and get me in and out of the office so quickly! Their office space is wonderful and they have a great location! Would highly recommend Premier Dentistry for all of your South Charlotte dental needs!
Went in for a second cleaning, friendly staff, hygienist was awesome, the dentist was pleasant to work with. I walked away with no discomfort or anything.
I had the same dentist for 40 years in Florida and had high expectations for a new dentist when we moved to Fort Mill, SC. I'm happy to say that Premier Dentistry has exceeded my expectations! The staff is amazing and very thorough. I highly recommend Premier Dentistry!
Dr. Jalali and his team are incredible! The whole staff is so personable and friendly. They asked me about specifics we discussed at our last visit and even brought up small talk we had last time - those little details are so nice!He also is not pushy with treatments. Dr. Jalali and his lovely staff are kind, warm, thorough and perfectly detail-oriented. From the wonderful appointment reminders to the day of the appointment, it is always such a pleasure to be in contact with his office. I wish Dr. Jalali had been my dentist all of my life! He is unparalleled in talent and service.
Dr. Jalali and the entire staff are so wonderful and caring with my 8yr old daughter. Very clean, calm, and inviting waiting room, and all the modern technology in exam rooms, including overhead TVs. An overall great dental office!
Premier Dentistry provides quality service and promotes healthy practices. A strong recommendation for people of all ages. They even have TV’s on the ceiling to entertain you whilst being operated on and a Keurig in the waiting room!
Excellent care! I truly can not say enough about Dr. Jalali and his wonderful staff. You are treated with care and compassion whether it's when you call or are in the office. I highly recommend their office to anybody who is looking for a dentist in the area.
As a newly retired dental hygienist of almost 40 years, you can imagine what it was like to move and have to go to a brand new dentist. However, I worried needlessly.. From the front desk (Heather and Jenna) to the hygienist (Shelby) and of course Dr. Jalali, my dental visit was excellent. I can't say enough about how great my experience at Premier Dentistry was! The entire staff is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly (and I have never had to wait). Dr. Jalali knows his stuff and his office is a reflection of that. Everything is new, clean and updated with the most recent technology to give you the best possible experience.
