I was impressed during my daughters first visit at the University location. The front desk staff was very helpful and welcoming to my daughter and myself. As this was her first visit, the staff took me on a quick office tour which included the services offered and the the rewards program offered to the kids as an incentive. My daughter is 15 months and don’t know what to expect , however the staff were patient and kept her calm and interacted with her during the entire first visit. My son is three years old. He went for a cleaning today, and he cried (while swinging his hands and feet). Both ladies were nice and gentle with him, but most important they were patient.

I have a 2.5 year old and have been here since he got his first tooth. Everyone is friendly and helpful to me and my son. Today we went for our first teeth cleaning and the staff is so knowledgeable and kind. Thanks for what you do for our family.

Young and polite dentistry is simply amazing, this office is clean, they are prompt and polite very personable, my children has been coming her since they south tryon office opened, my youngest were 3 and 5 now teenagers and still coming, they properly educate parents and children on how to keep there teeth in correct order, as well as keeping them comfortable, this has been a nugget of a dentistry for my family and I, shout out Dr.Lucas and Dr.Grant we look forward to our next visit. The staff & Dr Young were excellent. My kids have e been coming to Y&P since we moved here from NY in 2009 I always leave out knowing my kids are taken care of
