I had an appointment to get my teeth cleaned and examined. Everything was great from the technology to the staff. The staff made me aware of how the technology worked. They were very personable and are well organized. I was very impressed with my experience!

I am new to Charlotte and as luck would have it... my crown came off. I asked for a dentist referral on Facebook and SNS was the ONLY practice recommended. I called and was given an appointment the same morning. The staff greeted me warmly, were professional and extremely helpful. Dr. Niedan and his assistant were awesome!!! I had just recently been told by my previous dentist I had an abscess and needed a root canal on a different tooth and had brought my x-rays with me. Dr. Niedan was thorough...read more in his exam and explanation of all my dental issues. He ordered another x-ray and explained my problem. Even I could see the differences in the 2 x-rays. The care and concern shown me was the best I have ever received in any medical or dental practice. I did not feel rushed even though I was a work-in appointment. I have been a patient for 30 years and have always been pleased with my treatment. SNS is a well run practice. Dr. Larry Seitlin is the utmost professional who exhibits competence, courtesy, and patience. Theresa, my hygenist, and the entire staff emulate Dr. Seitlin's example. While no one enjoys visiting the Dentist, Dr. Seitlin and his excellent staff make the experience as pleasant and painless as possible.

Went in for my routine cleaning and had the USUAL treatment - GREAT! Eric takes his time to review your dental needs and spends as much time as is necessary to answer all your questions. Rebecca takes very good care of my teeth when cleaning. Best dental office ever! BTW, I have referred several people to this office and they are all happy. Loren was a great dental hygienist and Eric is a great dentist
