I have been going here for the past 6 years . There has been some turnover with providers and office staff. But the dental hygienists and the dentists have provided good care . I had an unexpected crack in my tooth and was able to get an appointment quickly and it was attended to without needing to go elsewhere. I hope the current crew stays long term .
Had an urgent situation, and they found a way to see me immediately. Resolved my problem quickly. Dr. Robinson is so courteous and professional. The whole staff makes you feel comfortable, not something one finds everywhere. Great team

I absolutely love this office. I have been afraid of the dentist for my entire life, and I finally found a place that makes me feel comfortable. Dr. Robinson is amazing! I had a root canal and I didn’t have any pain whatsoever. He was patient when I needed a break, and he made sure I was ok throughout the entire visit. The staff is also very friendly and accommodating, I’m so happy that I finally found a great dentist.
Today was my first appointment with Tarheel Family Dentistry. I am usually so nervous at a dental appointment. From check-in to check-out, I was welcomed, listened to and made to feel comfortable. The whole staff was friendly, competent and unhurried. It was an excellent experience and I recommend Tarheel Family Dentistry highly!
I was called back within minutes of arrival. My routine cleaning included a new to me procedure where my gum health was measured and I was given suggestions to prevent bone loss at a later time. The hygienist was gentle and finish quickly.

The staff at Tarheel Family Dentistry are just amazing. I have a terrible irrational fear of the dentist's office and these folks have gone above and beyond to make me feel as comfortable as possible. Dr. Robinson is always cheerful and informative. The dental hygienists are reassuring and communicative. They are compassionate about my anxiety and treat me with respect and kindness at every turn.
