We had a great experience! I took my 6 year old daughter here. She hadn't been to a dentist in about a year and a half because we moved and I was slow at getting a new dentist. She liked her old dentist but was nervous about going somewhere new. She brought her huge stuffed bear to be her companion and that helped. I cannot say enough good things about this amazing practice. The endless patience and gentle manner of the staff and practitioners made it possible for even my most nervous, sensory sensitive, and easily overwhelmed child to have a successful cleaning.
Wow. SV Ped Dentistry far exceeded our expectations! I had been putting of my kids’ first dental appointments, mostly because one is highly sensitive and I didn’t want the dentist to be an anxiety-inducing event. The dentist and dental assistants did a great job explaining everything, adjusting as needed (I was able to hold my 4yr old in my lap while they did the cleaning), and working with each child’s unique personality and comfort levels. I am quite impressed with this practice. I appreciate Dr Hardin and Dr Shauna. I had been taking my daughter to a different practice, however she had a small issue and I disagreed with their treatment plan, so I found SVPD as a second opinion, and I am glad I did! I hope to bring my LO for years to come.
Amazing 1st dental experience for my 1 year old. It was low stress, educational and fun. I highly recommend them!
