Anyone who wants a friendly environment and people who enjoy and love their job should choose signature smiles. Carol at the front desk greets you with a warm welcome as soon as you walk through the front door. Next is Sharahn, shes one of the assistants there, who has been so kind to me and my son who is a patient here as well. If you like a hygienist with a funny sense of humor, good conversation and great singing ability.(like on par with Michael Jackson) She’s the gal you want scrubbing them chompers. After all is said and done Doctor Cook comes in, reviews the work and explains any questions you have for him. You can tell he trusts his staff and their judgment which is something you rarely see. Staff is always a pleasure to be around! Dr. Cook is very personable and will explain treatment thoroughly and in layman's terms. I highly recommend Signature Smiles to anyone looking for a practice that's honest and shines with integrity and friendly smiles.

They were a Professional and friendly staff. They made the experience for my 4 year old son extremely enjoyable for him. It was his first visit and he now loves the dentist. I would recommend this dental practice to anyone and anyone with kids especially.

Just had my first visit to see Dr. Cook as my dentist for the past 13 years, Dr. Kennedy in Chapel Hill just retired. I followed my dental hygienist Latrice Phillips when she relocated to work with Dr. Cook because I refuse to let anyone else but her clean my teeth. I was told many scary stories about the pain of getting a wisdom tooth pulled. Today Dr Cook pulled one of my wisdom tooth and let me tell you, this was a pain free experience for me. He was explaining to me what he was doing by letting me know that I might feel some pressure. He made the whole process seem so simple and quick put more importantly pain free with just local anesthesia.
